Take it to Toyota, I know dealerships are expensive but if you don't have the proper equipment to work on the hybrid system you can seriously hurt (or kill) yourself because of the amount of voltage traveling through the vehicle. The three most likely causes for that code are the hybrid ECU, the wiring harness, or the battery smart unit. Any of those would have to go back to Toyota or to a garage equipped to work on Hybrid systems to be repaired
