My 2H and the 4H on the 4wd automatic will not work. Is it a fuse or something else?

Sounds like either a switching issue with the electric/vacuum solenoid that changes gears on the transfer case, or a problem with the transfer case itself. In any case, you'll need a mechanic for this one.
