I tried every thing my fans still don't turn on

you should be able to unhook the coolant temp sensor. it has a 2 wire connector. jumper between the 2 wires in the connector. this fools the fan into thinking the coolant is hot enough to turn on. if the fan comes on then the sensor is bad.
