My car breaks I can’t push it down but while
driving the car if I took my foot of the gas the
car automatically stops on it’s own and
smoke was coming from the front wheels

Sounds like your front calipers are seized. They will need to be replaced along with pads and rotors. Also need to bleed the brakes.
