When you depress the button it doesn't work? May be the horn itself, the fuse, or the button within the steering wheel. The fuse can be checking in the fuse box, the horn itself can be checked by attaching a piece of wire to each terminal and then touching the other ends to the battery, if it makes noise, its good, if it does nothing it needs to be replaced. If horn is replaced and fuse is good then its either in the steering wheel or wiring.
