I don't know what is wrong with your Nissan but I do know a trick to bring back a going dead or a dead cylinder. You take the spark plug out of the cylinder that has the problem and you put that red Marvel Mystery oil in the cylinder that's dead or going dead and let it sit overnight and then put your spark plug back in after that and it sometimes revives a dead cylinder or fixes a cylinder with low compression. I don't know why or how, but it does. I've used seafoam to clean the engine out on cars before too and that sometimes fixes odd problems. U have to be really careful when u do that though because you have to find the Intake line on the engine that will feed all the cylinders. If you get the wrong line , you can destroy your engine. However, if you find the correct Intake line and put a hose from the seafoam to the intake line and let it suck the seafoam in until it starts to choke itself out and then pull it out of the seafoam and keep doing this repeatidly .... Your car will start to smoke because it is cleaning all the built up carbon and crap in.your engine, out. It smokes horribly bad though so be prepared. When it ceases to smoke, your engine is clean of all the crap that builds up inside over time. That sometimes fixes a lot of odditties to do with engine performance and it sometimes fixes the little 'glitches" that you don't have explanations for. I don't know if this will help you, but I've used both tricks and they worked for me to solve some of the problems Ive had with my vehicles in the past.
