how come the radiator with pressure rise on a cold start

its a 2002 Nissan Sentra 1.8 had the
head surface pressure tested for  
cracks. not sure what to look for.?

Any temperature increase in the coolant will generate pressure which is normal. What exactly is the issue?

Have done quite a few head gaskets in my lifetime and just kind of puzzles me when it's got almost instant pressure to the radiator. Usually you can let a car run and warm up with the radiator cap off but does bubbles back up and out almost instantly.
