Truck Shuts off when headlights turned on.

When i turn my headlights on the truck shuts off. All electrical systems shut off. i have three volts at the battery main relay. If i wait 10-20 mins it comes back on. Already tested battery, looked at fuses, and replaced alt.

I have exact same problem. Changed alternator, did load test. All fine. I've narrowed it down to lights relays or possible pnp switch since it only does it when it's in gear
