Douglas, I had my techs here at (Jim Mills Nissan in Ridgway VA) We searched the code and it has to do with the Nissan Anti Theft System-NATS. The system is in lock mode. Reference page EL-374: When the starting operation is carried out five or more times consecutively under the following conditions, NVIS(NATS) will shift the mode to one which prevents the engine from being started: Unregistered ignition key is used. IMMU or ECM's malfunctioning. This code needs to be cleared by a technician. I hope this was helpful. Adam
