How would I know IF my heads and gasket has been repaired after I change my oil because if he was dumb enough to put the same milky oil back in my car after changing my heads and gaskets im thinking

It seems really weird to take all this time to change the head gasket and then put back in the used oil. There must be another explanation like Tom said.
