I wanted to know how you go about financing? Am interested in one of the
vehicles (2013 Mitsubishi Lancer), from Pelham imports but they said I come to
you for financing details. Thank you.

CarGurus is like "Google" but for cars. It's a search engine. They don't have anything to do with financing or sells. All they do is show you cars for sale in dealerships near you. They (Pelham imports), I'm pretty sure are the ones who need to help you with financing.
