Acura 2020 TLX Trunk doesn't open

Hi. I have a 2020 Acura TLX and my trunk doesn't open. I used the key, button
and button inside the car. What else can I do to open the trunk? Please advise.

Since it is a brand new vehicle, I would suggest you have your Acura dealer find the problem. The vehicle is under warranty, no sense in spending your own time and money fixing it.
