It may need the computor from a 2004 to run the new motor correctly or a dealer reflash on the program for the ecu.

The guys over at the nismo or 350z forums probly have a better clue as to what the issue might be.

My car is doing the same except I did swap motors. The only code left is multiple misfire and still in limp more and she runs rich

What do you need by runs rich .. I can start and drive for 10 15 min then it goes into limp rpm goes low .. Even one reset the CPU .. Waite 20 min it cools down and then restart raise good runs it for 20 then it's get into certain temp and goes into limp and engine light comes ... Every day 5 times ..is their O2 sensors different in pakistan and 04 350z engine can it do limp ..or flywheel or any joint wheel between engine and transmission
