The truck will not start when it is wet outside

Moisture will steal the high voltage spark from your spark plug wires. Take a look at their condition and replace accordingly. Check distributor cap and rotor too if it has one. We used to spray water on the ignition wires while it is cranking/running and look for sparks. Works best in the dark.
