The radio and windshield wipers on my 97 ranger randomly shut off, what is wrong?

check all your grounds to the chassis and the wiring thru the bulkhead (firewall) connector . both of these items also are run through the ign switch so there may be some accessory buss connections that are lose .. it's probly them pesky beavers ...PBN
