truck with car engine

could a 5.6L v8 nissan titan engine be replace with a high performance nissan
car?

I don't really see the purpose of doing this. If the motor isn't designed for the truck, it may have nowhere near enough torque. And it would require putting a weaker transmission in the truck to match. It probably wouldn't last very long. And it would cost so much time and money to make everything fit, and you'd have to swap the computer over too. I for the life of me cannot think of any scenario where throwing a small motor and transmission into a truck makes sense. I'd steer clear of even considering that
