Does Full Size Spare Tire Fit inside 2019 Rav4 LE FWD Spare Tire Wheel
Well?  A Doughnut Spare doesnt get it for me
Ohio Toyota Dealer Technician said  No they don't
Utube has 2 videos that shows Full size fits     Thankyou

So I see you have conflicting information. I don't own a Rav4, but I would jack up the truck, remove one of your wheels and put the spare on. Then install the full size into the wheel well and see if it fits and that you can secure it properly.
