Some owners have been reporting misfires , lack of acceleration, stuttering
under various ambient and driving conditions. Is there a resolution for this
issue?

Start with Hyundai Manufacturers customer service, whenever its a Warranted vehicle they may defer you to a locate dealer Hyundai engineers will know the Veloster issues..1.6 and 2.0
