Help please with my Nissan Altima 06

So my Nissan always accelerates when
you turn it on is it one of the sensors or is it
something else . Also it says service
engine soon so can someone tell me
what's wrong with it

Since the SES light is on, have the vehicle scanned for the trouble codes. You can have this done at an auto parts store. Write down the codes. There may be other codes that come up but not related to fix the problem because of the high RPM. You look at the causes that can make a high RPM and fix those problems first. It may have to do with the Throttle Positioning Sensor, or at the gas pedal as that is all electrically run.
