72 Montego Roof Needed

I have a 1972 Mercury Montego coupe in which the previous owner sawed the roof off. I've been searching for a roof or convertible kit everywhere but have been coming up short. I don't think I can afford to have one custom made, so what are my options? Anyone know if they make a convertible kit or roof kit for a 72 Montego?

I think your best bet is to find a parts car. Try advertising on Hemmings for a suitable donor car, look for something non running or lacking a title to keep it cheap.

Search Craig's List but I would be inclined to use your car for parts, not a car with an intact body.
