1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX

I was messing with some wires in the area
behind the radio and my windows and fan
for the a/c don't work anymore butt hey
used to. I also think that the wire for the
fuel pump got short wired if that has
anything to do with it

The radio wasn't working right and was draining my battery but I fixed that now it runs fine but I can't figure out what I did that caused the fan and the Windows to stop working. I already checked all of the fuses but can't figure it out trying to see if anyone knows please halp
