I'm interested in personal seller's car. I have some questions.

If he accepted my offer...

1.Do I get a loan from who?
2.Can I cancel this purchase processing if I'm not accept loan company(or
bank)'s APR?
3.Does Car gurus helping me out for car title transfer & register?

Apply and get a loan from whoever you prefer. Most people get qualified for a loan Before they shop for cars. Work out the sales deal with the Seller.
