Could be a lot of things. Use a gauge to check for fuel pressure at the rail with the key in the "on" position. Hold pressure should be 30 to 65 psi. Check electrical resistance of each injector. Should be 13.5 to 19 ohms. Change the fuel filter if never changed. It's cheap and easy enough. If it is within your expertise, you'll have to go through a methodical checking procedure.
