E85 fuel accidentally put in Expedition

It is not designed to run E85 at all, with that amount of ethanol you can damage O2 sensors, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, vapor control systems. Best to get it pumped out and refill with normal fuel as quick as possible and hope you didn't damage anything.

Two opinions... Flip a coin.... So here's an opinion from the middle..... Putting E85 in a regular gas car will cause some minor issues at first, and the CEL will let you know. But if you don't run more than a tankful through it, it's not detrimental to the vehicle. Continued use of E85 in a car not made for it could lead to serious damage, as GA pointed out..... So run the tank half down, add normal E10, and then repeat..... Lesson learned, wake up before you gas up.
