1997 ford explore anti theft problem

I have ford explore and the the ignition is
damage and it won't start it turns over but
not start how do I bypass the anti theft so
that it'll start up

No anti theft by-pass. Repair the ignition and have the new key frequency programed into the EECIV computer.
