2019 Chevrolet Express cargo van. Reverse gear isn't working.

Hey all. My 2019 Chevrolet Express will not shift into reverse. When I shift it
from park into reverse, I see and feel no difference. When I shift further into
Drive, the vehicle moves froward without problem. I have never experienced
this in a vehicle and can find almost no information online about this issue. I
have checked the fluid and it is within acceptable range while cold. This van
has sat for a few weeks as it had some work done on it and this happened
after the work was done on it, but it was fine for a day and then this
happened. Any help would be great. Thanks for reading.
