How is it possible to have 0 Views and 1 Inquiry on my listing? Is it possibly a bot that has created the Inquiry?

I received an inquiry on my vehicle listing and responded. However, when I look
at my listing in my account, it shows 0 Views and 1 Inquiry. How is this possible
that someone inquired about the vehicle but did not look at the ad?
