1996 Mazda hazards work but turn signals don't

I've got a 96 b4000 that's the hazards work but the turn
signals don't checked the one relay under the steering
column is there another one in missing because that
ones fine

in your fuse box is where those relay might be. They just go in circles and interrupt the juice in the circuit thus provides the tik tik tik sound. they need replacing. Fuse box or owners manual should tell you where that device is. Most likely round.
