How do I get the radio to work?  It's locked and says off.

It has a four digit code. If you don't have it then contact Mitsubishi and they may be able to provide it if you give them your VIN. Then you press the #1 on your radio and keep going til you have the correct number then press #2 on your stereo til you get the right number and so forth til you have all of your code showing and then press the cd button. Your radio should come on.
