can I change alarm horn volume?

When I set Alarm with key FOB , the horn is very loud, my neighbor has a
Chevy Silverado, and when he sets his alarm , it doesn't sound so loud. It's
more of a muted horn. Can I change my F150 to do that?

I am not aware of a function that you can change it. Contact the Ford dealer service department if in fact you can.
