1997 expedition will not go into park, no transmission issue, just changed bushing now have the not going into park? what can i check now?

Two torx screws under the steering column have most likely backed out. Very simple fix. Check YouTube... there are videos there that show you where the screws are, what they look like and how to tighten them.
