reset engine code

spark plug wire came off and triggerd "Check Engine.Wire fixed how do I reset code?

If you have fixed it, take it to an auto parts store like autozone and they will generally read and clear your codes for free.

Asked a local auto parts and they said, "Not sure, have to pump the brake while ignition on" lol That's a Chevy I believe, I have a Ford, lol. Read online to disconnect your negative battery cable for 5 minutes and re- connect. It should clear, but if it comes back on your have an issue, so take it in to be read in order to find out what the issue is.
