Can I add a 3rd row factory seat package

my truck have the cargo package. i want to convert it over to the 3rd row seating. I found a recked 97 expedition with the 3rd row package, can this be bolted in if I remove the carpet?

yes you should be able to. you make have to get a bracket or two but the spot in the floor for them should be there

If you remove the carpet or mat and find 4 pockets with lateral mounting pins in the floor of yours, you are good to go - the seat will just clip in. If not, then you would have to adapt the seat to your vehicle. That third seat was originally certified for DOT crash worthiness by Ford and if modifications that are made to adapt it to one that wasn't built that way, you will jeopardize the vehicle crash certification.
