Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS and my serpantine belt is making noise.  Does anyone know how to change that without taking everything out from under the hood or paying $130 to have someone do it?

I think you go through the wheel well on these. That's what I had to do on my 1998 Chrysler Sebring and they are similar cars, the Chrysler had a 2.5 V6 Mitsubishi engine.
