Have you recently worked on the fuel pump? If so might have pinched a wire when reinstalling it. Have you recently done any work to car that might have pinched a wire harness?

http://www.3si.org/forum/f35/engine-fuse-keeps-blowing-408050/ -- ok check this out. Owners talking of wire harness rubbing issues around the trans and that 02 sensors shorting out on manifold blowing fuses.

Some also have ignition switch issues causing the blown fuses. This will give you some things to check into. Hope it helps

what kind of vehicle do you have ? that only can save mass amount of time.fuel pumps can not short out and blows fuse the fuel pump relays protects you from blowing you up.the gms had issue with the first generation fuel pump relays over heating and blowing fuses.ford trucks and vans have a massive fuse block under the hood usually beside the battery so rain and battery corrosion eats that whole fuse up. the last day it ran fine what happen to the car week prior ? oil change hit and new stereo? spill a 40 oz slushy in the console any thing out of the norm and usually its direct link to your issue. so some car info would be nice
