mitsubishi eclipse GT 2001 problem with excellerator with shifting gears...

problem with engine reving up while driving...even after you have shifted
gears the engines revs up for no reason

consider a replacement excellerator pedal from a junk yard, check wiring around existing pedal and throttle body, take it to your local shop and get it on the diagnostics, my advice to you is to take your automobile to your local shop and a qualified technician should be able to diagnose the malfunctioning excellerator pedal
