Factory radio has only1 fuse in fuse panel. Aftermarket sometimes have an extra fuses added into the new wiring harness. You probably have a fried radio. Look for another factory model from a scrappers if its cheap, or install an aftermarket with an adapter plate and wiring harness.

my radio was playing then a friend tried to hooked up a amp and speaker roofer but now the front doesn't work at all no lights or no radio so what to do

First disconnect everything addressed to your radio. Then check the fuses as mentioned above and replace as needed. The amp should be connected to its own power source and not to that of the factory radio, hence a blown fuse or damage to the factory radio.
