My passenger side window won't open from the driver side switch or the passenger side switch what can it be.

Motor/relay or connection.. you need to pull door panel and check to see if you have power first and go from there...

Have you checked the window lock button on the drivers door panel?

if its not the window lock the regulator is probably out
