I have a 2003 mitsubishi lancer and ive been having the problem where my battery starts to drain while my car is running. It also makes a weird noise in the engine now. anyone know whats wrong ?

If the battery is dying while the car's running then you have a problem with the charging system, the primary culprit is the alternator. Take it to a local parts store and have them test the charging system (it's free). Also check your serpentine belt is in good tension.
