I have a 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gs 2.4l that I need to fix. When I bought the car I knew there was problems with the throw out bearing. I replaced that and the clutch.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While the transmission was out I spun the
input shafts and heard a rattling. I
investigated more and I had to replace the
input shaft bearing. Put it all back together
it ran good. But transmission oil leaked out
of the input shafts/bellhousing. I also
recently changed the oil and oil filter. Now
this is where I'm stuck at. I went on a decent
size trip 265 mile or so. While driving I felt a
pop/shudder and my oil light came on.now
that I had my car towed home and able to
look at it I'm unsure where to go with
this.I've checked the oil it's full so the only
oil leak is still from the transmission I know
what I need to do with that and the engine
cranks over but does not start.and this is
were I'm stuck unsure what to do next
