After checking fuses. Try the drivers door window. Press switch to auto position and listen for a click sound in the door. Will be real faint sound. If you hear it then it's probably the motors have gone bad. With these cars you can sometimes remove door panel then there are three ten mil nuts holding motor in place. Remove these nuts and pull motor back a little and bump it against the door frame a couple times while pressing switch. If it then goes to working it's the motors that's bad. Sometimes after doing this they will work for months without issue. Use caution and have finger on switch to stop window quickly so that hands don't get pinched.

On driver door, the passenger side window makes a clicking sound noise when pushed, But the button for the driver side window doesn't make any noise at all

Very unlikely that they both went out at same time. Not impossible, but unlikely ya know

I asked the guy i bought it from and he said the sunroof and windows stopped working at the same time. It was right after he hit a deer. Maybe a loose ground or something but im not sure where to start.

is window lock button down. I reset computer and windows and door locks started working. disconnect battery then turn key on for ten seconds then off for 2 mins then start it. Not sure if thats proper reset but you can find it on youtube.
