where Is It losing water? there is a weep hole that water leaks out of when they the water pump goes bad sometimes,, also you could get it to running temp and look to see if the water is circulating by pulling the radiator cap off and you should see the water circulating (when the thermostat is in the open position) don't drive the car until you get the leak fixed though
