2005 Lancer CH Wagon

G'day having problems with my Lancer starting it
cranks but fuel pump doesn't turn on and i didn't
see any spark from the plugs. Have check all relays
and fuses they are 100% but I have noticed a
buzzing sound when the key is turned on and its
has been put into drive and reverse. Also the
engine light flashes once when turned on any help
would be much appreciated thank you.

For the engine light, you can hook up and OBD and see if there's any engine codes that can pinpoint the problem.

I tried the ODB on my laptop but Ecu would not respond as I'm guessing it wasn't receiving power like it should

Also another thing I have noticed is my doors started to lock by itself never did that before.
