Chiming noise after I switch off the ignition? is this normal.

Hi Guys,
Just bought mu first cooper used car 2002 and have no idea why it is making a chiming noise after i switch off the ignition. Sounds a bit like a computer game. Is this normal.

Chiming? From where? I have a beeping from the satnav console.The same?
