Radiator fan not coming on after driving

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn my car off the
radiator fan does NOT come on
to cool the engine. Relays work,
fuses are good. Both high & low
speeds on the fan work. Fan
works with the A/C on and I've
heard it run with engine running
A/C off. Today after a spirited
drive home it didn't show to be
overheated but when I turned the
car off the reservoir started doing
the girgling thing. I have no
coolant leaks and my thermostat
is working.
