gears slip out like if I had a bud clutch

the gears slip out when I accelerate and after it gets hot gears are a bit difficult
to go in  and is after I change both of the drive hafts

Check the transmission mounts first, that will cause the shifter to pop out of gear. Next check the shift linkage, it might need an adjustment. If that checks out, check the fluid level and condition and replace if old and smelling burnt. Maybe the clutch is worn?
