My emergency break light comes on intermittently and usually when i am just driving. I have checked all pads, rotors, lines, fluid, and master cylinder but yet to figure it out

Are you talking about the light for when you have your e brake on? If so the switch for the e brake light is probably going bad or out of adjustment.

hook your toe under the emergency brake pedal when the light is lit and pull back and see it go out! call it a weak return spring I guess
