Same issue. Date/Time display just disappeared between Saturday night and Sunday Morning. Any news yet on what this issue is? I'm thinking a fuse but cannot determine, from the fuse diagram and listing in my owners manual, WHICH fuse that would be.

I don't have an answer, but the same thing just happened to my Tucson. 3 days ago the clock just disappeared and I am unable to reset it or get the display back again.

Issue was a satellite disconnect. Your dealer can fix it in about 30 seconds. Or, you can open the SD slot and remove the disc, use a pencil or paper clip in the reset hole, then re- insert the SD. The system should reboot and all should be well. You need to be out in the open so the satellite can locate you. :-)

I just left my dealer I was having some recall work done. and I mentioned the clock not working and was told also that it was a satellite issue. but they didn't know how to fix.

Recheck with your dealer they absolutely should know how to fix this. If they say they can't, have them call their corporate service center or at least check in with another dealer. Tsk, tsk on them.

I just fixed the clock on my 2016 Tucson by using a previous suggestion from this site. I took my car out of the garage so that the satellite could find it, I removed the SD card and used a sharp object in the reset hole to do a reset. I put the SD card back in the slot and the clock now works. Hopefully this will work for other people that have the same issue with their clock.

The SD card is below the navigation screen and is centered under the "seek" and "track" buttons. The cover lifts off pretty easily then just gently push on the card and it will pop out far enough to remove.

I’m an 80 year old woman and removing the SD and re-setting was a slam dunk!! Thank you so much

Will only add that after I reset, I waited for the clock to come back on before putting the SD card back in. If you dont wait until the clock appears it won’t work.

When you remove SD card and do the reset , what mode is the ignition in ACC OFF or engine running ?? , pretty sure it's not in the OFF position

Do as they say above. Take out the SD memory card, hit the reset hole with a toothpick, put the SD card back in and BINGO THE CLOCK NOW WORKS. My clock has been out for 2 months and this fixed it instantly.

I did it multiple times, SD card out, engine running, reset button pushed, waiting for clock to show up, SD card back in. Nothing happened for me, any ideas? Took it to a mechanic they couldn’t figure it out either

GuruNZSDP .... same results ... may not choose Hyundai for my next car purchase, very disappointed with the unfixable clock issue.
