Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The passenger side window on my 2000
Mecury Sable rolled down but now it wont go
up or down. It wont work from the passenger
or driver side. I checked fuses.

It is likely a bad window motor. Need to pull the door panel and check for power at the window motor.
