car been sitting for 10 months and i can not started even with a jump , what can i do?

probably need to buy another battery since it had been sitting so long. If you have a car that isnt being used it is important to start it and run for a few minutes at least once a week. On top of that, you should check the shape of the tires. Good Luck :)
